Requesting a pickup

Submitting the form sends a pickup request. It does not confirm a collection time or take payment. We will contact you by email to confirm availability, your address, service requirements, and the arrangements for your pickup.

Pricing and service details

Please obtain and agree to your quote before collection. Your confirmation should identify the service, charges, any minimum order or specialty-item costs, return window, and applicable cancellation or rescheduling conditions. Pickup and delivery are free, seven days a week.

Garment care

Empty pockets and separate dry-clean-only and hang-dry items from standard laundry. Share care labels, stains, and special instructions before collection. Some garments require a different treatment or return window; discuss these when confirming your request.

Changes and concerns

To change a pickup or raise a concern about an item, email info@laundryservicebrooklyn.com with your pickup date and relevant details. Please contact us before your collection window when requesting a change.
